• The presentations take place on Wednesdays at 8 pm, sharp! However, the taste of local dishes starts from 7.30 pm in the foyer.

  • The venue is presentation hall P101 at the Faculty of Economics, on Lipová street.

  • The presentation hall opens at 7:30 pm; on the day when you’re presenting, come as soon as possible - the best time is at 7 pm - to prepare everything so that we can start on time at 8 pm.

  • Each presentation is supposed to be around 15 to 20 minutes long (please keep this in mind so that guys after you don’t have to be stressed and have enough time). Plus, you will lose points if your presentation is too long.

  • The presentation hall closes at 9:45 pm the latest! We will need presenters and visitors to leave at 9:30 pm to have time to clean it up.

  • Bring your presentation on a USB Flash Drive (the best option), portable hard drive or send it to our email.

  • Bring props you might need – printed photos, magazines, posters, plastic glasses and plates (for food tasting), costumes etc.

  • We will encourage you to bring some food or drinks by giving you a small amount of money to cover your costs (1200 CZK). For the refund, come to our office during opening hours, no later than two weeks after your presentation!

  • The ESN will remind you of your presentation on Facebook and through an e-mail. Besides that, the schedule of presentations is on this website.
